The MK-LG plastic-lined regulating valve is an anti-corrosion straight-through single-seat regulating valve. Both the inner wall of the valve body and the internal components in contact with the fluid are manufactured using a high-pressure injection molding process.
MK-LG Plastic-Lined Regulating Valve
The MK-LG plastic-lined regulating valve is a corrosion-resistant, straight-through single-seat regulating valve. The inner wall of the valve body and all internal components in contact with the fluid are lined using a high-pressure injection molding process with perfluoroalkoxy (F46), a material resistant to corrosion and aging. It also employs a PTFE bellows seal. The top of the valve plug is hermetically connected to the upper end of the PTFE bellows. The lower end of the PTFE bellows, the upper bonnet, the support sleeve, and the valve plug head are processed using special techniques and a two-stage split structure. An internal PTFE gland packing is hermetically connected to the PTFE bellows. This valve is widely used for controlling strong corrosive media such as acids and alkalis, as well as toxic, volatile gases and liquids.
