The MK – GC type control valve is a cage control valve. It is a high – performance control valve featuring large flow capacity, excellent dynamic stability. It can be used for the throttling regulation of various liquids and gases and is suitable for harsh operating conditions.
This series of control valves can be optionally equipped with special structures such as bellows seal type, steam jacket type, and extended bonnet.

The MK-GC control valve complies with both European EN and American ANSI standards.
The valve body wall thickness is designed according to ASME B16.34-2013. Each valve body cavity is optimized through 3D modeling and CFD simulation to ensure fluid stability.
The valve body and bonnet are bolted together as an integral unit via studs, with design specifications conforming to ASME VIII.
Quick-change valve trim—valve bodies of the same size and pressure rating allow for quick replacement of different trim types to meet various on-site process requirements.
Dynamically loaded packing—the standard configuration includes dynamically loaded PTFE V-ring packing. The dynamic loading design helps ensure reliable sealing of the process medium, significantly reducing the potential for fugitive emissions from the valve stuffing box, and complies with ISO 15848-1 and TA-LUFT VDI2440 low-emission standards.
Easy maintenance—facilitates quick replacement of valve trim components. Combined with a clamped seat ring, it helps reduce disassembly time. Inspection or maintenance of valve trim parts can be performed without removing the valve from the pipeline.
High cost-effectiveness—featuring a streamlined flow path design, it offers greater flow capacity compared to most globe valves of the same size.
The valve body construction allows materials to conform to NACE 0175-2003.
