The Neles™ Neldisc™ series represents the industry benchmark for high-performance, triple-eccentric, metal-seated butterfly valves. Designed for the most demanding control, isolation, and emergency shutdown (ESD) services, these valves offer exceptional tightness (bubble-tight seal), durability, and reliability across an extreme temperature range from -200°C to +600°C.
Engineered with a patented triple-offset design, the elliptical disc achieves friction-free, wear-resistant operation in the control range and true metal-to-metal sealing at closure. This ensures long service life, minimal maintenance, and compliance with stringent fugitive emission standards like ISO 15848. The series is fire-safe certified per API 607 and can be certified for use in Safety Instrumented Systems (SIL 3 per IEC 61508).
The modular design and interchangeable parts across the Neldisc™ family simplify inventory and maintenance. Available in various end connections, the L6 (double flanged), LW (wafer), and LG (lug) series provide the optimal solution for any piping system, from general industrial to critical process applications in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and beyond.
