The Neles™ R-Series V-Port Segment Valve is an economical, high-performance quarter-turn control valve designed for superior regulation of liquids, gases, steam, and slurries. It combines a lightweight control valve body with proven segmented ball technology, offering high capacity and a wide rangeability for demanding applications.
Its key feature is the true one-piece body construction, which eliminates potential leak paths from gaskets or seat retainers, ensuring maximum reliability and long service life. The valve is engineered for versatility with options including a noise and cavitation control Q-Trim, durable coatings for abrasive or corrosive media, and seat constructions for both metal-to-metal (ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class V) and soft-seal (Class VI) sealing. It meets stringent industry standards for low fugitive emissions (ISO 15848) and fire safety (API 607).
This robust valve handles an extreme temperature range from -50°C to +425°C, making it ideal for high-temperature services like steam and hot hydrocarbons. It is a preferred solution in industries such as petrochemical, refining, chemical, and pulp & paper.
